The Clerk's office is also known as the Clerk of Courts. This office handles a number of administrative duties for the circuit court, state and federal government. This includes:

•Collecting payments and record-keeping for County Courts including criminal and 
            civil judgments, child support payments and traffic ticket violations
•Processing request for marriage licenses 
•Handling of passport applications
•Filing of all court cases in Circuit Court and Small Claims Court
•Conducts all elections within the county



Courthouse Hours
M-F 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
It will be mandatory for all attorney's filing in the Fountain Circuit and Small Claim's courts to file documents electronically.
