Clerk of Courts

The Clerk of Courts office handles a number of administrative duties for the circuit court, state and federal government, including

• Collecting payments and record-keeping for County Courts including criminal and civil judgments, child support payments and traffic ticket violations
• Filing of all court cases in Circuit Court and Small Claims Court
